Beobloke Active Member. The PL was a fairly basic Pioneer deck, with a plastic plinth and pretty light platter. If it has a standard Pioneer cartridge, this is highly likely to be a budget Audio Technica of some sort. Should sound respectable enough, but nothing to get really excited about.
