ThoughtSpot's natural, holistic, quick, and easy user experience eliminates the barriers to entry within analytics both on an organisational and an end user level. This is a product that, despite its price-tag, even gets executives excited. As I see it, ThoughtSpot is the next generation in data analytics software and I could not imagine venturing into this space with anything else at this time.
From my personal experience, Zoho analytics is one of the best tools which is available in the market. The scalability and integrations are perfect and very easy to customize. There are several other features which helps the user to make their works easy by comparing other data analytics tools. The software which contains multiple windows for segregating the loads data in a highly sophisticated way.
Overall, the capabilities of the Pyramid solution have out-performed all competition and provide a complete BI platform on which to deliver our BI service to the business users. Pyramid is intuitive and allows business users of all technical abilities to gain value from the product and the data it makes available to them. The team at Pyramid are always helpful and knowledgeable - whether addressing a support issue, helping on technical implementations, training support or providing development advice.
Having critically assessed Pyramid against other market-leading BI products, Pyramid has proved to be the more capable product and deliver the best return on investment from a cost versus capability perspective - enabling BI teams to deliver more, at a higher pace, with no impact on the quality of the outputs. Board is a very flexible application that can be adapted to most scenarios.
The consulting and support services have been very responsive when needed. While we're still fairly new, we have had a great experience so far.
They also have user forums, and people are engaged, the only "downside" is it is a newer forum so it's just starting to build up on resources available. I have confidence that the way they've built the forums, including educational activities, will make the forums even better than what we're used to.
